Budverse Legends: Dwyane Wade x Budweiser Zero Edition

The legendary Miami Heat NBA superstar Dwyane Wade, the co-founder, and developer of the Budweiser Zero beer, is entering the web3 space with a collection of limited-edition NFTs.

The series of tokens dubbed Budverse Legends: Dwyane Wade x Budweiser Zero Edition comes shortly after the launch of custom Bud Zero beer cans, on May 10th. These first-ever non-alcohol, zero-sugar beer cans contain only 50 calories each, alongside the likeness to unlock every tier of the anticipated NFTs.

The exclusive collection includes artsy Wade pictures and quotes, membership utilities, and charitable opportunities. Dwyane Wade x Budweiser Zero Edition drops on May 24th at 2 pm EST, at a price of $180 +$59 gas fee each, and will be available for 48 hours. Thus, on May 26th, the NFTs will be revealed according to three tiers:

• Core NFTs. There is an unlimited number of Core tokens, which come paired with a Core Dwyane Wade Decentraland Jersey.
• Hero NFTs. Only 99 Hero NFT holders will earn a limited-edition Budweiser Zero x Dwyane Wade adored with Wade's signature, alongside limited-edition apparel and merch.
• Legendary NFT. The one-and-only Legendary NFT grants the holder a life-changing IRL meet-up with Dwyane Wade, in addition to a Legendary Dwyane Wade Decentraland Jersey, which comprises Autographed Wade sneakers, Wade’s memoir, cool merch, a signed Budweiser Zero can, and two Utah Jazz tickets that guarantee you a hangout with the former NBA star during halftime in the exclusive Chairman suite of a game next season.

It's worth noting that Budweiser NFTs cannot be used for commercial purposes, but you are welcome to collect or trade them on secondary markets.

Moreover, net profits from the NFT sales will be donated to create a fund fighting for social justice for minor communities throughout the US.

“This being our first NFT collaboration together, I think we’ll learn a lot,” Wade commented on his partnership with Budweiser, adding: “We think we covered it all, but we will learn. I think that’s the best part about this. We will have another opportunity to fine-tune it and make these experiences, designs, and collectibles even better.”
