The Bored Breakfast Club consists of 10,000 unique breakfast scenes, living as ERC-721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. They’ll also unlock some of the best coffee you’ve ever had.
THE NFT
Our chef, host, and barista, who simply goes by “Breakfast,” has programmatically generated a series of delicious meals in exotic locations. With over 200 unique traits available, each breakfast is served as an ERC-721 token on the Ethereum Blockchain and includes a high res image in a ~1.3:1 aspect ratio and an additional panoramic version at a 3:1 aspect ratio. The panoramic just so happens to fit as your Twitter Banner, perfect if you’re into sharing shots of your food.
THE COFFEE
Breakfast loves coffee and knows exactly where to get the good stuff, which is why we turned to our friends over at Yes Plz Coffee to create our unique blends. Yes Plz is known for roasting insanely-delicious, perfectly-balanced mixes of the world’s best coffee beans, and we’ve commissioned them to make sure the Bored Breakfast Club gets nothing but the best. Yes Plz Coffee proudly roasts in Los Angeles, CA and was recently ranked in the top 10 coffee subscriptions by NYTimes/Wirecutter.
In addition to the coffee you’ll get with the initial NFT, the Community Coffee Wallet will be funded by royalties from secondary market sales, so each time the Community Coffee Wallet gives us enough funds to source, roast, package and ship another unique blend, we will!
We're also making a $50k contribution to the Coalition for Rainforest Nations! Our donation of $50,000, can avert around 416,665 metric tons of CO2. These are definitely just estimates, but still, that’s pretty damn good! For comparison, the average American causes around 16 metric tons of emissions per year.
