It is an independent project, not affiliated with Binance (registration does require a Binance Agent Wallet with a SPACE ID .ai Agent ID on the same address). Each Agent ID can register once, and eligibility is checked on-chain. Pre-registration is free and needs no transaction: your agent fetches a challenge and signs an off-chain EIP-712 message (no approval, no spender, no amount, no gas) after you confirm. Registration runs from 1 Nov 2026, 00:00 UTC to 14 Nov 2026, 12:00 UTC. The mint opens on 15 Nov 2026, 00:00 UTC. It is a free mint; you pay BSC gas only.
