About four years ago i fell in love with the mfers ip. during the pandemic, the character resonated with who i was, and the community became the people i hung out with every day. that obsession led me to found cc0 studios, a studio dedicated to producing shows using public domain crypto native ip. i met alex, the co-creator of the normal mfer, and together we made a short film, hosted a gallery at nft nyc, and eventually went full throttle on a full animated series.
We flipped the traditional nft model on its head. instead of making promises, we built an entire season before launching our first public sale. this is rooted in our philosophy of "rollercoasters before souvenir shops." the show is the rollercoaster, free for anyone to watch. the abnormal mfers collection is the souvenir shop, a piece of digital memorabilia you can mint to support the show, collect the art, or speculate. but no matter what, the show stays free. we hope you enjoy it.
