Our World Wide Web moment is the first to feature original artwork—an animated illustration created exclusively for this limited-edition, collectible NFT.
With Vault, we want to inspire communities and spark conversations around the pivotal events that shape our world. Sometimes a video from our 40-year media archive is exactly the conversation starter we need. But for other moments, their full impact is only realized in hindsight, through more recent perspectives.
This is certainly true for the invention of the World Wide Web, which began as a modest memo at an office in Switzerland. That’s why we are so excited to introduce original art to the Vault universe as we think about how the emergence of NFTs can help us tell stories in new ways.
