Charity DAO has launched a new NFT collection, Youth Education, in response to the war affected child population. “The right to education requires sustained international support”, (UNICEF). Supporting this NFT collection will help support programmes in education for the most marginalized.
The war in Ukraine has forcibly displaced over 12 million people, this includes 4.6 million children. Over 1,500 institutions of learning are damaged or completly destroyed from the results of bombing and shelling. The impact on Ukraine’s education system will face longstanding challenges which may include a low quality of educationand deteriorating public trust. Although spending on education will increase it does not guarantee to reverse the imminent impact on the quality of education.
There are many charities that support repairs to damaged schools and distribute vital education supplies for children in need such as UNICEF!
