Rules are simple -- make sure to use your own account for sending the links, otherwise, your invite won't count. Only invites who stay ("real invites") count towards your score.
Make sure your invite link is in the NEVER EXPIRES state, otherwise it may not be counted
Invitations after 16 November will not be counted.
Here are 3 easy steps to send the invite:
1. Select "Invite People" under the server name
2. "Set this link to never expire" at the bottom so that the link doesn't expire
3. Copy the link and send it to those who you would like to invite to join the server
