The Invocation depicts a mysterious ritual in which an unknown presence is being summoned. A crowned woman confronts a dark, faceless figure, while fire, veiled eyes, celestial elements, and otherworldly forms surround the scene. The figures appear suspended between vulnerability and transformation, as if the boundary between the human and supernatural worlds is beginning to dissolve.
Rather than revealing what is being summoned, the work leaves its presence unseen. The elements within the scene come together to create the atmosphere of a ritual whose purpose and outcome remain uncertain.
