Sol StaX is bringing an iconic collection of non-fungible banknotes to its community.
This collection originates from the economic downturn that Zimbabwe faced in 2008. While experiencing hyperinflation, the country’s central bank, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, issued 100 trillion Zimbabwean dollar notes to address the economic challenges. Sadly, these Zimbabwean dollar banknotes (ZWD) did little to fix the massive financial blackhole, as they had minimal purchasing power.
Fast-forward to the present, and these one-of-a-kind banknotes have become a valuable collectible that all banknote collectors seek. Bringing these Zimbabwean dollars to the NFT community, Sol StaX is introducing a collection of 3,333 StaX. Every note, while being safeguarded on-chain, is backed by a physical counterpart. They are also verified and packed with security features, including watermarks, anti-counterfeit designs, and holographic imagery, to ensure they’re 100% authentic.
Holders of these digital collectibles can flex, trade, or burn and redeem their non-fungible banknotes at dealer-level prices. Your StaX, your move, your profit. This ain’t Real-World Assets, it’s HWA: Historic World Assets.
