In Rêveries, Orkhan uses artificial neural networks to create generative textures that transform live into dream-like, fluid visions that question AI's impact on society, culture, and the human psyche.
Rêveries stems from Orkhan’s early research in 2016, which was inspired by Google’s DeepDream and the seminal paper "Texture Synthesis Using Convolutional Neural Networks" by Leon A. Gatys, Alexander S. Ecker, and Matthias Bethge from 2015.
