After the win-win web3 collaboration with adidas, the luxury fashion brand Prada is now going solo with its first Timecapsule NFT drop. The 100 exclusive NFT shirts designed in partnership with Cassius Hirst, son of the renowned artist Damien Hirst, come as a part of the Prada Timecapsule monthly online event.
Prada Timecapsule is hosted each first Thursday of the month offering the brand fans exclusive limited-edition products available for purchase only 24 hours. Thus, on the first Thursday of June, June 2nd, shoppers will be able to buy Timecapsule wearable backed up with a chic Prada NFT GIF as a gift, featuring a serial number. By the way, the price per shirt will be known only on the day of the drop, but all those items can be purchased in fiat, without dealing with crypto.
As for the Timecapsule NFTs, those will be unisex, one-off shirts adorned with Cassius Hirst’s signature mask and brain scan patterns. The number of Timecapsule shirt NFTs will be each time limited to only 50 pieces, but not during the inaugural drop, which will double the number to 100 items. The shirts in black and white will be available starting from June 2nd, 9 am EST, but you shouldn't count on some left until the next day.
On top of that, those who have purchased a physical Prada Timecapsule item since its launch in 2019, will be also gifted a corresponding NFT.
