Project for investors Profit:
These pieces have their physical equivalent in creation process and these will be exhibited in museums, galleries, public events and charity events, some of these pieces are very large format, having resolutions of up to 9000 and 8000 pixels and supporting enlargements of 3 to 4 meters with outstanding resolution. The collection will have physical by-products like shirts and 3D Trees. Additionally, the collection will have digital by-products like digital calendars, screensavers, cardboard and several other corresponding digital creations. If the piece is included in that project, the owner of the NFT will receive 20% of the profits, provided that the project has been executed by the artist, who is the sole owner to the right to use the complete images of the collection for commercial projects. The owner of the NFT will have the right to use their image for their own private and commercial purposes and for this right the NFT owner shall pay a 5% royalty to the author.
In order to promote the collection, the creator of the collection reserves the right to use the pieces for the purposes of advertisement on the author’s own YouTube channels, Pop Trees Twitter, Pop Trees Instagram and any other media and platform. It is understood by the NFT owner that the purpose of this clause is that the more exposure to the works, the higher the likelyhood of the NFT’s value increasing. This is one of Pop Art’s central tennets.

At the time when the first piece began, NFTs technology had not begun, 3 years passed, so they were created as GIF projects. The generative concept was thinking of a piece of art that is always alive, that is always in movement. They were conceived as physical pieces, photographic art perpetually in motion.
