This project was made by one person who was burnt out from work and needed a reminder to not take life too seriously. Sometimes, it's okay to exist as you are. No AI or shortcuts were involved. The Mochi are virtual companions, similar to stress balls or desk toys, each with unique personalities, flavors, backgrounds, and themes. A majority of them are animated.
With enough demand, proceeds may be used to further the project and bring my mochi to life in other avenues!
Sales will begin on 4/20/22, with one new mochi theme dropping for sale on Sunday at of each week by 5 pm CST until all 6666 exist. Make sure to check the marketplace regularly! Prices are in 3 tiers so the mochi will be accessible to a wide range of people and price points.
