Ikigai (生き甲斐): having a purpose in one's life, that which makes life worth living. The person takes voluntary and spontaneous actions to give meaning to life itself.
Kokoro (in kanji 心 , in hiragana こころ and in katakana ココロ): Japanese word that literally means "heart".
Sukkiri (スッキリ): the feeling of being refreshed or clear. It is usually used with "suru/shimasu" to imply that one feels reborn.
Natsukashii (懐かしい): commonly translated as 'nostalgia', like any other Japanese word it has a much more evocative meaning. It is used when something reminds you of the past, a happy memory that takes you back to a specific moment.
