The Story:
Late one night at the back of the R-Kade, Gene the genesis cat was back at it, playing hard for the new highscore. As Gene inserts his token, a strange buzzing starts to emanate from the game.
Suddenly - a massive spark and all goes dark. Mind and machine have become one. Gene now finds himself as part of the game with the power to be any cat, but how will he find his way out?
Roadmap:
Level 1: Genesis collection launch a generative pixel art collection of cool cats who are obsessed with music, fashion, and mostly gaming. The Gritty Cats NFT will be 3,333 items minted on the Ethereum blockchain on an ERC-721a contract.
Level 2: Mint tape airdrop. A beautifully animated cassette that contains the original soundtrack to the Gritty Cats collection as well as other downloadable tracks created by our in-house musicians. Mint-tape holders will be entered to win 1 of 10 animated Gritty Cats.
Level 3: Free mint of secondary collection launch TBA of an illustrated Expansion Gritty Cat collection.
Level 4: Community DAO NFT launch. A 3D loop NFT created by Eena, a renowned 3D artist. This NFT grants secures access to all future drops. DAO members will have access to ongoing investments, alpha, partnerships, presale lists and all projects we are a part of in the future.
Beyond The DAO. As we explore the intersection between Web3, the physical world, and the metaverse, our team is building tools to accelerate the quality of development & design in NFT projects. Gritty Cats has utilized these tools to guarantee an aesthetic quality that other generative projects cant replicate. This in house software is something we might even release at a later date.
