This series of artworks titled "Glitch Faces" symbolizes the distortion and fragmentation of personal identity in an increasingly digitized world. Through the manipulation of human faces, he questions how our identity and privacy are being affected by social networks and how this changes the way we show ourselves to the world and understand ourselves.
BIT ERRROR is a digital artist based in Madrid who specializes in manipulating photography, video, textures, and any other medium that inspires him to create something new. His work reflects upon our relationship with the world, nature, loneliness, friendship, the passage of time, and, at times, everyday life through portraits, cities, and nature, which are the most prominent themes in his work. Additionally, he experiments with other techniques to explore new tools and push the boundaries of his work. His creative process starts with the search for material to capture the ideas he wants to represent. This search can be triggered by the impulse to talk about something, express an emotion, or simply experiment. Dedicated full time to digital art, he started minting artworks in 2019, on Makersplace and KnownOrigin. With more than 300 works sold, he is one of the most creative and versatile artists in the NFT art scene. His works have been selected to participate in important events, such as DappBerlin 2019, Pancake and Booze Los Angeles 2019 and 2020, NFT.NYC 2020 and 2023 (Times Square) and Deeep AI NFT art fair London 2021.
