Giggles and Gags is a non-transferable prank NFT collection on Base. It is not a typical mint — it is a 15-slot chaos buffer powered by stablecoins.
Here is how it works: you pick a target wallet, write a short message (up to 64 characters), and pay $1 in any of five supported stablecoins (USDC, USDS, USDe, GHO, crvUSD). Your message enters a random slot in the buffer, and whatever was sitting in that slot before gets minted as an NFT to its target.
The catch: the NFT is soulbound. The recipient cannot transfer it. The only way to remove it is to pay a $2 burn fee. If the original sender used "Credit Goblin" mode, they receive a portion of that burn fee as tribute.
All metadata and SVG artwork are fully on-chain — no IPFS, no off-chain servers. The frontend is hosted through ENS (gigglesandgags.eth) on IPFS. The smart contract is verified and open source on BaseScan.
