Gear Acquisition Syndrome (GAS) is your chance to own and trade cameras and lenses! Each GAS NFT is unique in design and contains 16 attributes that contribute to its rarity.
GAS will have one of the largest lists of Properties ever launched on Opensea.io. Upon launch, we will release camera bodies and camera and lens kits for a list price of 0.02. With some cameras selling in the real world for over $10,000, these will surely go quickly!
Once you have obtained your GAS NFT, you will have some options:
1) You can hold it in preparation for the metaverse;
2) Trade your GAS NFT to make a profit; or
3) HODL them if you have some serious Gear Acquisition Syndrome!
On Thursday 24th at 11pm, we are launching DSLR, Mirrorless, and Compact cameras first, while holding back some unreleased mirrorless camera bodies and lenses (so look out for these after our launch + some giveaways on Discord). Next month we release lenses – the total number of GAS NFTs in the collection at this point will balloon to over 1000. Some of the lenses in the real world sell for over $20,000. Once all of these cameras and lenses are on Opeansea.io, we will move to high-end cinematography equipment.
Note: as each new camera and lens is released in the world, it will appear as an NFT! You have to be quick to add the camera or lens to your collection.
