Everything has already been done is a digital reinterpretation of a classic Dalí painting, created in response to an open call by Laurence Fuller, inspired by an art critique by Peter Fuller. Awarded second prize, this piece pays homage to Dalí's surreal vision while filtering it through my own contemporary lens.
As in much of my work, I explore psychological states and emotional chaos - not as disorder, but as a dynamic system of transformation. Here, Dalí's dreamlike forms are reimagined using saturated colors, digital layering, and spontaneous mark-making to construct a lysergic landscape where reality mutates with every gesture. The result is a surreal, symbolic space that echoes my ongoing dialogue between traditional painting and digital experimentation.
