I created FigMint for my school project for my AP Research class. My thesis is that NFTs can be used to help individuals, communities and even the world. FigMint has been created to help a severely autistic young woman who is an amazing artist. Her name is Ella and I have known her since we were in class together in Kindergarten. Ella was diagnosed with autism at a very young age and for as long as I have known her she has always been drawing as a way to express herself. Her creativity, depth perception, perspective and use of colors makes each of her drawings truly unique and whimsical.Seventy percent of the proceeds will go towards Ella. An additional 20% will go to the Camp Hill School which is a nonprofit school for disabled students that Ella currently attends. The remaining 10% will be reinvested into FigMint.
