1) Commander level and above get 30% of all the minting fee collected from Warrior NFTs (0.3*2667*minting fee will be divided between 333 NFT holders)
2) Captain level and above get 30% of all the minting fee collected from Commander NFTs (0.3*300*minting fee will be divided between 33 NFT holders)
3) General level gets 30% of all the minting fee collected from Captain NFTs (0.3*30*minting fee will be divided between 3 NFT holders)
