In very short our project will be buying land in Sandbox and renting it out to game developers. Furthermore, $SAND tokens can be staked on this land as well.
$SOUL will be our deflationary utility token, 100% backed by the land we buy. This token will be earned by holding our nft. It will have multiple great utilities which can be taken advantage of by burning the token.
