Diamond Lands in collaboration with Land Trust have created an exclusive and automated strategy that applies real world real estate fundamentals to The Sandbox to identify, value and purchase rare prime lands under valuation, hold them in a smart contract vault and flip them for 2.5x the purchase price.
Each NFT represents multiple Sandbox plots on the front row of key estates and experiences that will have the increased foot traffic and value once the game goes live. The plots are valued using historical sales data and the plots are purchased using a bot which bids in rounds starting at 40% below valuation. Once all plots have been sold or auctioned, proceeds are returned to NFT holders pro rata.
