Audio Galleries presents "Arẹwà and Adaeze" by Crixtover Edwin, the fifth artist edition in partnership with TimePieces by Time.
Arẹwà and Adaeze are derived from a diptych.
This diptych is comprised of two hand painted pieces, juxtaposed on the context of taking pride in our natural beauty and identity as people of color. It aims to celebrate that regardless of societal norms, our unique image, culture and representation is what matters.
Arẹwà and Adaeze are names that means "beautiful" and "royalty" respectively, juxtaposing Yoruba and Igbo culture, with names that speak highly of their identity regardless of how they look.
Arẹwà is an Open Edition. Holders of the Audio Galleries Mint Pass who purchase Arẹwà, will be rewarded with the airdrop of Adaeze, made by Crixtover Edwin.
