Liam Payne is known to the world for his membership of the English boy band named One Direction. His childhood dream of being an athlete in the Olympics took a turn after his vocals became recognised in an audition show, The X Factor in the UK. He is a learned musical creator, having majored in Music Technology during his studies at the City of Wolverhampton College. Liam’s career milestones include being in a freestyle battle with Jason Derulo in the TV show, Drop the Mic, where he emerged top. Payne signed to the Republic Records brand, where he released his first single project, Strip That Down.
He has also worked on an album titled LP1, which features collaborations with Rita Ora, J Balvin, and Zedd. The first drop from Liam in 2021 happened on the Nifty Gateway NFT platform in June. Titled “The Lonely Bug” represents the solitude experienced by every individual who got locked down during the Covid pandemic and comprised a series of digital and physical art pieces.
