A majority of web3 projects are not backed by any tangible business. We believe blockchain technology should be used to build real businesses that generate revenue on a daily basis while growing their brand, mostly independent of the market conditions if they meet a real demand.
Holders will be required to complete a brief action before claiming their rewards, like making a tweet about VendX or commenting on our post for example. This is so that you don't have to worry about any regulatory issues.
The idea is to grow the already functioning business that gets us a step closer to Web3 adoption while growing a DAO, and rewarding the holders at the same time. If the business grows and generates profits, then the holder benefits as well.
