Rockers, get ready to unleash your inner rebel, stepping into the shoes of a legendary Elvis Presley!
Created in collaboration with the Elvis Presley Legacy Council, the collection of officially licensed Elvis Presley NFT avatars will be released on the Sandbox. Each out of 3,000 unique avatars encapsulates the rebellious spirit of rock 'n' roll thanks to iconic outfits, hairstyles, and signature moves of the celebrity. In addition to unique traits and outfits, there are some exclusive, hand-crafted 1/1 Avatars standing out either with specific dances or mind-blowing looks.
Each Elvis Avatar will be playable within the future Sandbox multiplayer experiences as well as unlock an array of features and content in the metaverse. On top of that, Avatar holders will get governance and voting rights for Elvis Legacy Council's decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
The Allowlist for the collection is scheduled to commence on August 8th, and the public sale will kick off on August 9th. Once the public sale is live, collectors can mint up to four avatars per wallet at 100 SAND, or $41 each.
The launch of the series of Elvis avatars comes alongside a digital celebration of ‘The King of Rock & Roll’ aimed at keeping the star’s legacy for younger generations. Livestream concerts, panel discussions, and other events will be available for fans during the week.
