On January 24, the whole SCRT Labs team was celebrating their well-deserved victory: the first-ever Tarantino's NFT "Royale with Cheese" went under the hammer for $1.1 million, setting the bar high from the very beginning.
The news about the greatest director, screenwriter, producer, author, film critic, and actor of all time, Quentin Tarantino, is about to release 7 pieces of the unknown version of the cult Pulp Fiction as NFTs is on air since late November 2021. But two months had to pass until the world could possess the particles of the Pulp Fiction creator's genius.
The "Royale with Cheese” NFT was purchased by AnonDAO, who won the auction out of 200 confirmed bids, including multiple bids in the six to seven-figure range. Notably, each NFT contains a digitized chapter and audio commentary from Tarantino himself.
"As admirers of Quentin Tarantino's iconic filmography, the Anons quickly mobilized to raise the funds necessary to purchase the first NFT in the Tarantino NFTs series," says a spokesperson for AnonDAO.

While the first of the seven chapters of the never-before-seen Pulp Fiction handwritten screenplay as well as its lucky owner has already been revealed, the other six will be auctioned off in the following order:
