They brew herbal medicine from plants farmed and gathered amidst the debris of the forgotten civilization. The inhabited buildings are then converted into temple pharmacies, body modifying facilities - and more. This is a world of post-authoritarian spirituality where only raw fragments of universal meaning remain, scattered across the ruins like stardust.
