Nowadays, in times of the overwhelming NFT craze, most brands and global multimedia giants consider non-fungible tokens a perfect means to reward their devoted users. And you can hardly argue with that. Thus, the avid fandom of the Star Trek franchise by Paramount Global and RECUR can rejoice, as the first-ever NFT collection featuring the iconic starship crew is about to see the world. Moreover, the long-living partnership between the two companies resulted in the creation of a fan-focused NFT platform Paramount.xyz, with the debuting Star Trek Collection in a series of future drops.
The entertainment platform will gather the whole plethora of brands under Paramount's supervision, including Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV, BET, CBS, and others under one roof. This will allow fans to build communities of interest around characters and brands they love.

Following all the above stated, the Stark Trek NFTs will be housed in Star Trek Continuum, which is an experiential hub that will become a foothold for this and other Star Trek NFTs to come.
Now to the pioneer collection itself. The Star Trek Season 0 is dropping on April 9th featuring all-unique algorithmically-generated starships. Before proceeding to the mint, fans will be able to see the unveiled collection during the RECUR’s Star Trek: Mission Chicago YouTube live streaming on April 8th at 2:45 pm EST. There will be 20,000 items, with 2,000 more in reserve.
The Star Trek Continuum 24-hour official mint will start on April 9th at 11 am EST. The collectibles will be available in the form of Admiral and Captain packs for $250 each. Thus, Admiral packs, with a total edition of 5K, will contain Constitution-class starships.
These designs will be one-and-only, with a 50% chance of Constitution and a 50% chance of Constitution Refit. The Captain packs will have 15K editions of 1:1 NFTs, containing the following starships: 22.23% chance of Soyuz, 22.23% chance of Class III Carrier, 22.22% chance of Miranda, 22.22% chance of Oberth, 5.55% chance of Constitution and 5.55% chance of Constitution Refit.
It’s noteworthy that neither Captain nor Admiral NFTs will ever be recreated. The starships will allow their holders’ on voyages in Star Trek Continuum. Besides, Continuum owners will be given access to a ton of both IRL and digital perks and events, so hurry up to grab yours!
Season 0 NFT ‘captains’ will be rewarded with a crew airdrop leading into Season 1 later this year. Season 1 will be preceded by Season 2, which will celebrate the start of a new P2E Star Trek-themed game.
