RentSpace

RentSpace is a property rental powered by blockchain and web3 innovation. The idea was initially created by 2 partners Ivan and Vlad, who are friends since school and have been investing in startups for the last 5 years.

As an innovative startup, RentSpace combines the advantages of blockchain, cryptocurrency payments, and TikTok-style video content to transform the user experience.

In 2023 team has developed a working prototype to test groundbreaking concept and gather invaluable feedback from early adopters. In October 2023 RentSpace received a Developer Grant from Dfinity Foundation.

In 2024 team went through 3x Capital Acceleration and received a Grant from Solana Foundation. In March 2024 RentSpace sold Minimalistic NFT Collection on Yuku in less than 15 hours. Now the team is focused on launching a mobile app with innovative features:

• Crypto and Fiat Flexibility - RentSpace enables tenants to pay rental deposits, fees, and rent in either cryptocurrency or traditional money. We meet users where they are while expanding access to crypto’s advantages.
• Collaborative Booking - our smart contracts allow both individual and group bookings. Friends, families, or co-workers can transparently pool funds and formally share rental responsibility.
• Rewards Programs - RentSpace will have an integrated actions-based rewards system. Users earn crypto rewards for rent paid, reviews written, referrals sent, and other platform contributions.
