The Sock Monster is an Ordinals Collection just for fun, made by two kids and one adult. Initially a free mint on Stacks for holders of Curator Collective NFTs, the Sock Monster later became fascinated by Ordinals and decided to live a double life, starting with inscription 1396.
Owners of the Stacks Sock Monster can choose (totally optional) to move to Ordinals by contacting the Sock at the Curator+Sock Discord. To transition you will have to give up your Stacks Sock Monster and pay 0.0005 BTC to cover the inscription costs.
