The owner of this NFT also owns the physical painting created by Wetiko.
If the new owner wishes not to handle the physical, Wetiko will store it safely.
When transferring this NFT, the owner must be responsible for safely packaging and shipping it to either the new owner or back to Wetiko for safe storage.
None of the physical ties are on-chain. It's more a non-binding agreement Wetiko has with his collectors.
