This collection is a reflection of my journey back to my hometown six years after immigrating. I captured images of significant places that hold deep sentimental value from my childhood. These pictures became the canvas for my illustrations, which became imprints of my feelings evoked by these places onto my soul. My visual ode, expressing the spectrum of feelings from connection to my roots — freedom, the joy of happiness, sadness, grief, nostalgia, love, and hope.
