The idea behind the concept we are developing is simple, yet brilliant. Use your nft to build up your passive income while you are enjoying your digital asset.
A lot of emerging nfts are designed with one major flaw: “lack of utility”. They are literally "Useless". Yes, you might be able to do a quick and decent flip but that's it, not long-term vision, no sustainability, nothing, "Just vibes".
Yeah, cool, vibing is cool, we like it, but it needs to be complimented by actual utility. This is what we have envisioned. Imagine if you own an nft that will keep increasing its value for you the holder. That way it's not just dependent on flipping it and holding it will actually yield you significant value.
This is our purpose, and this is our plan.
What is at the heart of eta?
Long story short, eta is among the first decentralized autonomous organisations (dao) directly linked to nfts. Our aim is to structure it as a smart and sustainable entity with an ultimate vision to slowly but steadily transform into a web3 collective that will be fair, transparent, inclusive and above all democratic throughout.
Eta will lay its foundation upon its community. What we want is organic growth. What we need is like-minded people that have the ability to perceive the bigger picture. We need dreamers. Do we need you? The community will be the dao. The community will partake in the imperative decisions of our future. The community will enjoy passive income. Transparently. Consistently. We do believe that this is the most appropriate manner to undoubtedly unleash the full potential power of a dao.
Eta aims to create passive income for all holders through:
Digital land management (dlm)
Dlm as in land renting and trading, will be a source of our community’s income. With the eta nft collection, the creation of one of the largest digital estates in the metaverse will be funded. Initially, it will be based on the otherside, nft world, sandbox and decentraland with countless future possibilities. What is incredible is the fact that it will be owned by the community itself. Think of a real estate empire but not controlled by a super-rich elitist but instead a group of normal people who want more for their lives.
Eta think tank - eta(nk)
Within the safe space of eta(nk) pioneers will be able and encouraged to submit their proposals for the development of future projects, their ideas of specific land plots that can be strategically acquired and managed, and any other type of ideas, or even vision they have for eta. All the proposals will be taken under consideration, and after a series of transparent community voting procedures, the best proposals will be implemented, and the proposer will be generously rewarded.
Eta vault
With the eta vault, we aim to bring “blue-chip” projects into the availability of the community. Eta will acquire blue-chip assets such as project godjira, cyberkongz, cool cats, doodles, invisible friends, and many others that will provide a further income to the community but also projects that we will be flipped for profit, or just be held for long term earnings, which will be allocated into the community wallet. Using a community voting procedure, holders will decide which projects we should acquire. No purchases will be made without the community’s input and vote! We represent transparency and inclusion in a period where the nft landscape can be scary.
Eta talents
Because of our artist’s story, we also believe it is critical for the project to provide support for other artists and this is a key pillar of ours — to support upcoming artists through eta talents. We will ask the community to submit their portfolios and the community will decide which to support and possibly help launch their own nft art-focused collections with the approval of the community. Together we can develop a range of new artists who are the most vulnerable in this space.
Finally — is there cool art?
Yes, we know art is also a critical part of any project and we have a talented artist who spent years in art school but has struggled to profit from his outstanding works. This shouldn’t be the case for him or other talented artists. With him, we have created a collection that we are incredibly proud of, adding a unique artistic and creative asset to our project.
Together we can stand much taller than alone. This is where the project will start, so the utility comes first! This of course will be well structured to ensure the process is easy to understand for all users, it is transparent, and no one is left in the dark.
