My home country is no longer a "country" or the country it used to be; a paradise that have been cursed. My home country ask me to run away, to run for the borders, take seek refuge in other countries. I promise myself and my country to not lose hope, to not let the despair ruin my heart to not let the survivor’s guilt swallows me whole. I am trying and trying to keep my promises but I never succeed.
"For I'll keep my humanity, though I did not keep my promises.
... and Love shall not be wrested from my veins."
