Colombia, Living Heart was born from pain, but also from hope.
Colombia’s territory appears crossed by fractures, colors and paths representing the wounds left by tragedy. At its center, a heart continues to beat.
This piece is my way of using my art, voice and memories to stand alongside those who need support today.
The artwork will be available to collectors through ETH, SOL and TEZ, turning collecting into an act of giving.
Funds raised will support official and allied foundations working directly in affected areas, as well as food, medicine, water and essential supplies for collection centers in Bogotá coordinating aid to communities in need.
I don’t want to simply create an image about what is happening. I want this image to help do something about it.
Colombia is wounded.
But its heart is still alive.
And when the people come together, the people rise together
