The celebrated men's fashion magazine GQ is joining other big media in the NFT race with the launch of its initial NFT collection. Dubbed GQ3 Issue 001: Change Is Good, the 1,661-piece NFT series is a set of selected artworks by renowned creators: Chuck Anderson, REO, Kelsey Niziolek, and Serwah Attafuah.
Each artist created 100 outstanding traits that were algorithmically infused into the collection, making each piece a one-of-a-kind digital work of art. The NFT series arrives timed to GQs 66th anniversary, while the price of 0.1957 ETH is a nod to the year of the magazine's foundation.
GQ3 Issue 001: Change Is Good NFTs unlock a pass to the GQ universe in front of their holders and come backed with multiple perks, including a magazine subscription, the GQ Box, exclusive GQ3 merch, a ticket to the first-ever GQ3 party in NYC in April 2023, and beyond. Moreover, upon minting an NFT, you enter the GQ3 community as a founder and holder with access to a specific section in the Discord community, invites to live events, preference in the upcoming NFT drops, and many other benefits to be announced in a while.
The collection will be launched in phases, with the first one scheduled for March 8th, starting with the mint for those on the allowlist.
