By 2094 ... Cybertech's cyborg technology was ready for mass application, but in order to survive, the sages still had to win over the elite circle. As a means of persuasion, they voted for their own cyborg transformation and secured their future at the same time. Only half of the council survived the intervention, but technology still became a means of survival for a part of the elite. Events accelerate and the Cyber 5 Empire is soon formed.
