The fashion realm is calling! Are you ready for an iconic collection that will leave you breathless?
Global luxury fashion house Dior is releasing a new line of men's footwear. What sets this line apart is the innovative approach Dior chose to create them. Each pair of physical sneakers comes with its digital twin, a matching NFT minted on the Ethereum blockchain as well as includes an encrypted key aka NFC chip that leads to a personal space with dedicated services. All sneaker owners will get access to the sneakers' certificate of authenticity, additional information on the different stages of the sneakers’ manufacturing process, and updates on upcoming launches on this platform.
Entitled B33 sneaker, the footwear line is part of Dior's Men's Fall 2023 collection, designed by the fashion brand's menswear artistic director Kim Jones. The sneakers from the latest series will come in seven designs, combining mohair with Dior's signature Oblique pattern. They will be released in a limited run of only 470 pairs, each priced at $1,350.
Shortly after, the other six designs will come to light, also featuring an NFC chip placed under the sole of each B33's right foot. However, the sneakers from this drop will come without their digital twins.
