In anticipation of the 2022 Daytona 500, Candy Digital is launching its 23 Candy Racing NFTs featuring 23 stellar drivers from 10 NASCAR teams. To be more precise, NFTs within the collection will represent the cars of these world-famous drivers. Each NFT will be a dynamic animation of a deconstructed team car dressed in its specific Daytona paint scheme. Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, Ford Mustang GT, and Toyota Camry TRD are among the next-gen models.

The dynamic digital tokens aka “digi-casts" created in partnership with Race Team Alliance will feature the most prominent NASCAR Cup Series teams and drivers, including:

  • Joe Gibbs Racing: Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Martin Truex Jr., Christopher Bell
  • JTG Daugherty Racing: Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
  • Hendrick Motorsports: Kyle Larson, Chase Elliot, William Bryon, Alex Bowman
  • Live Fast Motorsports: BJ McLeod
  • Petty GMS: Erik Jones, Ty Dillon
  • Richard Childress Racing: Austin Dillon, Tyler Reddick
  • Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing: Brad Keselowski, Chris Buescher
  • Spire Motorsports: Corey LaJoie, No. 77 Chevy
  • Stewart-Haas Racing: Kevin Harvick, Aric Almirola, Chase Briscoe, Cole Custer
  • Wood Brothers Racing: Harrison Burton

The NFTs will be available for purchase at $500 on February 15, five days before the Daytona 500, between 9 am EST and 5:20 pm EST. When this time expires, the full drop’s cost will increase to $1,000. Alongside, “Open Edition” NFTs for each of the 23 drivers will be available for $50 each through 2 pm on the day of the Great American Race.

When the Daytona 500 top 3 finishers' names become known, the collectors holding their personalized NFTs will receive an additional unique NFT honoring the champion.
