Gwyneth Paltrow To Give Out $500k in Bitcoins in Jack Dorsey's App

American actress Gwyneth Paltrow is not new to the crypto space. The celeb stated she had first used the cryptocurrency in 2017, but it took her several years to start comfortably working with Bitcoins. Gwyneth Paltrow reported that $500 thousand will be distributed in Bitcoins through the CASH App payment company 'Block' by Jack Dorsey (previously called 'Square').

"Buying crypto has often felt exclusionary. In order to democratize who can participate, @CashApp is now making it easy to gift Bitcoin. I’m giving out $500k worth of Bitcoin for the holidays. Follow @cashapp + drop your $cashtag below w/ #CashAppGifting to enter," Gwyneth Paltrow's tweet reads.

Everyone willing can participate in the draw. To take part, one needs to comment under Gwyneth's posts on Twitter or Instagram, specifying their tag at Cash App and cashtag #CashAppGifting. The actress noted she started using blockchain and cryptocurrency back in 2017. On December 21, Twitter's ex-leader and the co-founder of the company Block, Jack Dorsey, announced his thoughts on Bitcoin to become a replacement for the US dollar. That was what Dorsey commented on the publication of the famous hip-hop performer Cardi Bi on the social network.
