We are joined by Evan Beach – CEO and Co-founder of 99ovr LLC, 99ovr LLC is the creator and owner of the GAMERS collection.
Chris: Gamers NFT is a creation by the Gamers. What is the idea of the NFT and how does it operate within the Web 3.0 Gaming world?
Evan: GAMERS were created to bring long term value to the video game community. While we see Web3 gaming emerging quickly in the NFT space, there is still a lot of growing it needs to do in order to reach more types of gamers. We plan to help bridge the gap into the world of Web3 gaming through our GAMERS community.
Over the last 2 years, 99ovr has been focusing on building a gamer-centric social media platform. About a year ago we partnered with Wolf 3D to utilize their Ready Player Me 3D avatar technology. Our platform will allow for each user to customize their own 3D avatar that can be used not only on our app but across all 1600+ platforms that Ready Player Me is already on! This includes a vast amount of experiences on mobile, PC and tons of apps in the metaverse!! Wolf 3D is making a truly positive impact on web3 by allowing this extremely innovative technology to be shared amongst so many creators! We plan to allow our community to be the first to test out the beta and receive huge benefits when it goes live!
All GAMERS holders will have their GAMERS brought to life with the Ready Player Me 3D avatar tech. Aside from the app, 99ovr will launch a series of mini-games on mobile, PC, console and VR that will utilize fully rigged RPM avatars. The GAMERS community will help test these games and select GAMERS will earn royalties when we launch the games to the public!
Chris: The Gamers NFT is a collection that has been developed by long-term friends. Please introduce your team. How has each one of them contributed towards bringing Gamers NFT to the Metaverse?
Evan: Yes, we all grew up playing sports together! Of course, as soon as sports were over for the day, we started gaming! The team definitely shares a love for sports and FPS shooter games. Our first gaming experiences were with things like GameCube, PS1, original XBOX, PSPs, GameBoy, phone games, mini-clip, club penguin or anything to distract us from school lol Obviously gaming has advanced to a totally insane level and it still really feels like it is just the beginning. Our team certainly would have loved to grow up in a generation that has the ability to play video games and earn a scholarship! We are extremely excited to be apart of the growth of the gaming space.
As CEO, my responsibilities are changing constantly. Trying to build a brand, an app, an NFT collection, etc. is extremely time consuming and detailed work. This web3 world is growing as we are learning so that makes it a moving target. I focus all of my time on moving us forward as a company through trial and error. It has been extremely rewarding to learn so much through my personal experiences in the space and I think my team would agree! Our team consists of my best friend, Matthew Douglas(COO) and my brother, Jared Beach(CIO). Together we operate 99ovr from Pittsburgh, PA!
Matthew Douglas – COO of 99ovr LLC – Matt has been a vital part of making our UI Front End design for the app extremely user friendly and simple to use! Matt has also conceptualized multiple trait and background designs for the GAMERS collection. He has even taken it a step forward by creating unique social media content for the art in order to showcase it to the community.
Jared Beach – CIO of 99ovr LLC – Jared has been leading our investment and R&D on all things crypto and NFT. In order for the team to stay up to date on the space, Jared provides details on big moves or trends happening so that we can stay ahead of the game. At the same time, Jared has created multiple backgrounds and traits for the GAMERS collection.
Chris: Consequently, the gamers come in an army of 20,000 people. What are the unique traits and characteristics of the token?
Evan: The collection has over 100 gaming references, some slightly more obvious than others. We wanted to really take the time to try and incorporate all genres and types of gaming. The rare GAMERS will vary in the reasons that they are rare. Some may be rare because of their controller, some because of their skin and even some because of their extremely rare accessories… We certainly felt like we incorporated a lot of references in unique ways that gamers can personally relate to! Whether it is our Rage Quit Eyes or our Munchies Mouth, there is something for everyone!

Chris: Again, which ones are the rare tokens? Do you have a rarity reference chart for the convenience of your investors?
Evan: We really tried to make sure that all of the pieces in the collection held a unique set of traits. Meaning even the ones that might not technically be the “rarest” will still be extremely valuable and ultimately it will be up to the community to decide their favorites!
We will be supplying a rarity breakdown on rarity.tools and on our website shortly after the collection mints out.
Chris: Similarly, what will be the price per token? What percentage of the cost would be for gas fees?
Evan: We are pricing each NFT at $99+gas. We expect a lot of first time NFT buyers to be apart of our community, so we wanted to offer a lower barrier to entry for them! We also believe the low cost will help offset gas fees. However, we are exploring options to eliminate high gas prices for our minters. Likely with a whitelist or presale. It is also a shoutout to ourselves lol considering we are 99ovr.
Chris: You are dropping $50,000 worth of giveaways on launch day. What are some of the key giveaways to look out for? How can one participate to win them?
Evan: Yes, we are! We are actually dropping $50,000 on giveaways and giving away a GOO Vee Con 2022 ticket to one lucky minter. So that would definitely be the big one to look out for! Probably nothing.. The other giveaways will be chosen by our community! We will be offering a variety of gaming items such as controllers, headsets, PCs, consoles, gaming chairs, Oculus and will take community requests! We want as many minters as possible, to get a reward!
Chris: In the end, what are the plans for the next six months of Gamer NFTs after their public launch? Please share some of the important milestones.
Evan: Something we plan to introduce in the next few weeks is our family’s original word rhyming game, Fosoconi. This will be a daily word game where discord members will get 3 clues per day and have 1 chance to solve each of them! If you solve it correct, you move onto the next level. More details are in the discord and twitter, we will be sending updates throughout the week.
Shortly after the mint, we will take a screenshot of all GAMERS holders. They will then be sent the app beta for testing! We will be releasing a lot more details on this process but we think the community will really have fun with it! We want to really focus on their feedback and suggestions so that we can truly offer the best experience to gamers! The community will also vote on the final name of the app!
While we are working on this we will also be testing and building the first mini-game offered by 99ovr! I want the community to be the first to know what the game will be so I cannot provide any more details on that!
We plan to immediately invest back into our community with a system that rewards our discord members on a daily basis with tickets. On a daily basis, discord members will be able to play Fosoconi, solo mini-games, trivia games and more! They will earn tickets and be able to use those tickets in our shop to redeem a variety of rewards!
Our team plans to stake our claim in the metaverse and buy land in order to build the GAMERS OASIS. As we have been saying, this projects purpose is to provide LONG-TERM VALUE to our community. It is going to be a painfully slow and steady and rewarding process to make Web3 gaming and gaming in the metaverse accessible to the masses. GAMERS intend to be there every step of the way.
