Sudden silence in woods, followed by a feeling of acute dread and the sensation of being watched and unwelcome.
Witness 1
I was about to go on a hike in local woods around dusk, when as I was about to enter the forest, I suddenly felt as if I was being stared at, like the feeling I wasn’t welcomed there, and that I should leave. My heart started to beat so fast I thought I was going to faint.
Witness 2
I was jogging on a dirt path through a wooded area once and I suddenly felt a sense of dread, like someone was watching me. Never felt anything like that and I spend a lot of time in the woods. I just brushed it off, but soon the hairs on the back of my neck stood up, and it was really one of the scariest moments I’ve had and I felt the presence of something lurking behind me. Not gonna lie, I sprinted the whole way till I got back. No idea what it was.
