The Legaler Aid nonprofit organization fighting for social justice releases an NFT Collection to pay homage to real-life heroes that have paved the way to equal and fair justice. On May 27th, ‘Justice Heroes’ NFT Series created in collaboration with renowned comic artist José Delbo and DJ and producer Diplo drops on MakersPlace.
Each drop within the series will feature a unique 1/1 piece and some limited edition pieces created by prominent illustrators and musicians. The series is created with an intention to commemorate the impact of those people who have made to the justice system.
The Legaler Aid platform, created in 2020, aims at giving free, virtual legal assistance. The proceeds from this drop will be directed towards the Legaler Aid platform. As up to 40 million Americans face homelessness when the CDC moratorium expires on June 30, the proceeds will be used to fund free legal help for these people.
